• Postpaid users: Subscription charges will appear on the monthly mobile bill.
• Prepaid users: The subscription fee will be deducted from the prepaid balance. Sufficient credit is required for renewal.
• Additional charges: Accessing GameMedias via 3G/4G/5G may result in data charges as per the user’s mobile plan.

• Users can access the GameMedias portal and play games on one device at a time.
• Users must not share, sell, or transfer their subscription to others.
• Netmedias Leashares reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service for maintenance, technical reasons, or compliance with regulations.

• GameMedias Portal – Navigate to the Profile section and select Unsubscribe.
• Carrier’s Official Unsubscription Method – Follow the operator’s cancellation instructions.

• All subscription charges are non-refundable.
• If you experience billing issues, contact GameMedias Customer Support for assistance.

• Users must keep their account details confidential.
• Sharing TAC codes, passwords, or login credentials with others is strictly prohibited.
• If suspicious activity is detected, Netmedias Leashares reserves the right to suspend or terminate access, and report fraudulent activity to relevant authorities.
• Users must immediately notify Customer Support if they suspect unauthorized access to their account.

• Netmedias Leashares employs reasonable security measures to protect user data but is not liable for third-party breaches beyond its control.

• Users must not misuse the service, including but not limited to unauthorized sharing, resale, or commercial use of GameMedias content.

• The use of VPNs, proxies, or other methods to bypass geographical restrictions is prohibited.
